Staffing changes as of October 2022

Michael Byrnes, Asst. B.A., made a decision in mid September that he was ready to move on to other adventures, he was a valued team member and he will be missed. Mike we wish you all the best in whatever you decide to do next!

Local 3 began a search for a new Asst. BA as soon as possible to avoid disruption in service to our members. The job was posted on indeed.com, we reached out to Labor organizations such as the SEIU state council and the MA AFL-CIO and inquired with multiple contacts for any candidates that would fit Local 3's needs.

The Local received many applications from all the sources we reached out to, interviews were conducted and a candidate was selected, we would like to introduce the newest Asst. BA to all of you.

Please welcome to the team, Jeremy DaCruz! Jeremy comes to us from another SEIU Local out of New Hampshire. He has a passion for the Labor movement, a desire to organize the unorganized, experience in both public and private sector bargaining, and he will be sworn in to the NH bar as a new attorney. Jeremy will not be acting as legal council to the union however, his experience and knowledge will certainly serve our team and members well.

We invite all our members to attend our November membership meeting, in person at our offices, to meet Jeremy. during the next few month, we will be bringing Jeremy around to sites to meet members as well.

WELCOME JEREMY!
