City of Lawrence Inspectors ratify 3-year contract

The Brothers and Sisters of the Lawrence Inspectors bargaining unit unanimously voted to approve a 3-year contract that includes base market rate adjustments in year one plus a 3.0% annual cola across the board for all members. Other improvements to terms and conditions include an increase to uniform and clothing allowance, adding a holiday, reducing the vacation time waiting period for new hires, and, general housekeeping items.
